119.21 Direct air carriers and commercial operators engaged in intrastate common carriage with airplanes.
Hawaii Flight Adventures Inc. will comply with the certification and operations specifications requirements in subpart C of this part and will conduct on-demand operations in accordance with the applicable requirements of Part 135 of this chapter, and shall be issued operations specifications for those operations in accordance with those requirements.
119.23 Operators engaged in passenger-carrying operations, cargo operations, or both with airplanes when common carriage is not involved.
Not applicable: Hawaii Flight Adventures Inc. will conduct operations only in common carriage.
119.25 Rotorcraft operations: Direct air carriers and commercial operators.
Not applicable: Hawaii Flight Adventures Inc. will not operate rotorcraft.
